ChartMaxx: Physician Training This training is for physicians only. All other users should complete their training in CHEX.
Welcome to the COA ChartMaxx computer-based training home page. In order to receive your Logon ID and password for the ChartMaxx system, you will need to complete both ChartMaxx courses listed below. A course is not considered complete until you have received a score of 80% or above on the assessment. The courses should be taken in order. |

Your completion of each course will be recorded in our database. Once you have passed the ChartMaxx Completion CBT, you will be provided access to our online Request for Access form.* Please contact the COA Customer Support Desk at 205-638-6568 if you have questions about the courses. |
