	Accessing the Training Sandbox
	· The Training Sandbox is available from many machines inside Children’s of Alabama.  If you don’t see the sandbox icon on your desktop, call the CSD at 638-6568.  Once you click the icon, be patient, it may appear that nothing is happening but after a few seconds you’ll notice the application loading as shown here.
	· Please obtain the login ID & PW from the educator in your unit to log into the Training sandbox.  Note: This environment is identical to that used during iConnect classroom training.  The environment is refreshed each morning between 3:00am and 4:00am.  The daily refresh process completely erases any changes from the previous day.
	How to Register for Class
	· Course registration for non-prescribers is handled through CHEX.  Non Children’s of Alabama employees can request a CHEX ID here.  · Prescribers can access their iConnect training at: http://coa.rtllms.net. Self-registration is required to create a username and password. Also, your role and department are required in order to ensure that the right CBTs are assigned to your to-do list.
	iConnect Request For Access
	· Request access to iConnect Acute Care for Non-Physicians.  NOTE:  For Children’s of Alabama employees, your iConnect username is your lowercase CHEX ID (i.e. CHS123456).  For non Children’s of Alabama employees, your iConnect username will be similar to nch###### (i.e. nch123456).  Initially, your username and password is the same.  Upon initial login, the system will require that you change your password from default.
